Subscription Form Broken?

When you install Knowtify please verify that the subscription form gives you a the “Thank you!” message when you type in your email and submit. We’ve noticed some installs don’t work and it appears to be with custom themes that don’t use wp_head() and wp_footer() functions which injected the necessary CSS/JS to make the form work properly.

We are developing a work around and better docs to get around this issue in the case Knowtify isn’t compatible with your blog.
