Subscription Form Does not Work!

I CANNOT get your subscription form to work. It shows up perfectly on my website. I also got the follow button. I test-subscribed to my own website on both the form and the follow button. Neither of them works. When I subscribed to my site, using my email address, I NEVER got anything in my inbox that I requested subscription or any request to confirm my subscription. I have Jetact subscription trneed on and configured. I’m frustrated. I’m struggling to get subscribers and this is no help to my cause!
