Subscription form doesn’t show

    Hi,
    I installed the plugin and set up a newsletter subscription form according to the guidelines (text and video).
    Saved all and opened the site. The form showed for the first time, I noticed a typo. Went back, fixed the typo and saved the form. When I open the site again, the subscription form doesn’t show any more. It works fine in preview and not in live.
    Setup: Chrome, Mozilla, and Safari browsers on Windows 10 and Mac OS 12, Chrome on Android 11 mobile.
    Tried deactivating the form and reactivating it, didn’t work.
    Created a new copy and activated that (deactivated old), didn’t work.

    Any one faced this issue and were able to resolve?
    Not sure what may be wrong here. Any help in resolving this is appreciated.

    Hi @adventourer,

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your form.

    I’ve checked your website and I can see the form (it’s a slider form on the right side of the page, right?) when I’m on a post page.

    I can’t see the form when I’m at your website’s homepage, but that’s expected, as Pop-up/Slider won’t show on listing pages such as Blogs, Shop, Archives, etc.

    Can you please let me know if you can see the form when accessing this page? https://adventourer.in/magical-sunrise-hampi/

    Thanks for the info, I wasn’t aware of this. Will have to remember to share a link to the post rather than the link to home page.
