Subscription form with SendGrid?

Greetings! I have a small blog, http://www.notdunroamin.com small mailing list. Just signed up for SendGrid’s free version. Is there a subscription form function I can use with SendGrid? If not in SG, does anyone have a simple to use suggested plug-in that works with SG, and is easy for a non-techie?
Still waiting for my SG a/c to be provisioned, guess you still have questions for me!
I used to use Subscribe2, but it looks like this is not being supported any more.
