To help narrow this down, could you please confirm if there is anything common among the users experiencing the issue? For example:
- Specific payment method or card type
- Card issuing country or region
- Particular products being added to cart or purchased
- Any pattern in billing/shipping details
Also, were there any recent changes made on your site after which this issue started appearing? (e.g., plugin updates, theme changes, payment settings adjustments, or server/configuration changes)
Are you able to reliably replicate the issue on your end, or is it only happening for certain customers?
To investigate further, could you please check:
- WooCommerce → Status → Logs
and look for any fatal errors or logs related to the Square payment gateway around the time the issue occurs.
Additionally, please share your System Status Report, which you can find under:
- WooCommerce → Status → Get system report
