Subscription Issues

Hi, I hope I’m posting in the Jetpack forum, apologies if I’m not.

I administrate thebookwars.ca and I have noticed that the subscriptions seem to not be working. Even when we get new followers, the follower count does not rise. I tried subscribing to the blog through a different email address and did not receive the confirmation email.

Help please.
