    Hello there @globeboss ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please confirm the following so we can better understand the situation:

    1. Are you trying to send a newsletter or a post-notification email?
    2. If you’re seeing any particular error message when sending your emails, could you send us a screenshot of the error?

Additionally, could you provide the following information to help us investigate further?

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the entire page or make multiple screenshots if necessary.
    • A copy of the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
    • Screenshots of the following pages:
      • MailPoet > Emails (highlighting the email you’re trying to send).
      • MailPoet > Emails > Post-Notification (if applicable).
      • MailPoet > Subscribers page.
      • MailPoet > Lists page.

Please blur out any sensitive information before sharing these screenshots, as this is a public forum.

Looking forward to your reply so we can assist you further!

the issue is that folk come on my site subscribe using their emails, fill out the recaptcha form, confirm the subscription on their email and then wait for blog posts but they are not coming through. So basically the subscriber isn’t receiving posts from the website. Thank you
