- A copy of the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
- Screenshots of the following pages:
- MailPoet > Emails (highlighting the email you’re trying to send).
- MailPoet > Emails > Post-Notification (if applicable).
- MailPoet > Subscribers page.
- MailPoet > Lists page.

the issue is that folk come on my site subscribe using their emails, fill out the recaptcha form, confirm the subscription on their email and then wait for blog posts but they are not coming through. So basically the subscriber isn’t receiving posts from the website. Thank you
