    I have installed the subscription and it has been working until tonight. Suddenly those who enter their email receive the message that an email has been sent to confirm subscription, yet the email never shows up in their inbox. Any ideas???

    I just tested the subscription widget on your site, and it seems to work properly. I received the confirmation email after a few seconds, and was able to confirm my subscription. You can now see my email address in your list of subscribers.

    It’s worth noting that subscription emails are only sent once; if one of your readers has already attempted to subscribe in the past but never clicked the link in the confirmation email, they’ll need to dig out the old confirmation email or confirm their subscription here:

    That might be why some of your readers didn’t receive a confirmation email. If that’s not the case, you might want to ask them to check their spam folder, as confirmation emails can get caught by them sometimes.
