Subscription not working

Dear Sirs,

I hope this message finds you well.

Today I noticed that no new subscriptions have been made since July 30.

I haven’t made any changes to the plugin configuration during this time.

I’m using the double opt-in option with a shortcode placed inside a post, exactly like this:

[newsletter_form button_color="#007bff" button_label="Sí, Quiero La Guía Gratuita!" placeholder="Ingresá tu e-mail" type="minimal" /]

After submitting, it redirects to a custom confirmation page, and a confirmation email is supposed to be sent.

However, now when I try to sign up, it redirects to the homepage with the query string /?na=s, and no email is received.

I’m using Brevo, and I also ran a test, which worked — so it’s not a delivery issue.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
