Hey,
The emails may be blocked by your server. Can you go to the login page, try to change your password and let me know if you received an email from the system? This will tell me if there is a more general problems with your WP emails.

My site isn’t displaying the thank you message.
How do I fix this?
I have contacted my host (1&1) already to ask if the server has blocked the emails and they say they wouldn’t have done that. Also, it has worked fine previously so I’m confused as to what’s happened.
Please help me resolve this ASAP as it is very urgent.

Can I see the website where this happens, please (with the plugin enabled)?
This is a cross-origin issue. Can you open your WP admin panel, go to Settings > General and let me know which URLs you put in “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”?
http://www.lifeboss.com in both. That’s what I wanted it as though.
