    Hi,
I’m having a problem with the signup option on my member page. I turned it on in widgets, and turned on Anyone can subscribe in settings but it still doesn’t work…
When I adjust using Elementor it shows the message: Subscription option has been disabled from the settings.
    Can someone help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @tkaartdirector ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I can understand the issue. There is a specific setting inside WooCommerce which is required to be enabled in order to allow users to register on your site through WooCommerce. Kindly check this video to understand the procedure of enabling Registration. I hope it’ll help.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance. I will be happy to assist you.

    Best regards,

It worked, thanks for your help.

I am facing another problem regarding checkout page and cart page, I already have my checkout page and cart page and have created both in Shopengine builder template.

    – Enabled quick checkout button but pay with Paypal not working with express checkout button (1).
    – The 2nd problem is that the shopping cart page is not working even though I have created it both inside…

    Please help!

    Hello @tkaartdirector ,
I hope you’re doing great and I’m very sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

I’m glad that the previous solution worked. Please find the response to the other issues you have mentioned, below-

    1) I have tested the Express Checkout feature of PayPal with the Quick Checkout feature of the ShopEngine plugin and found that the Pay With PayPal button is working perfectly. I have used the WooCommerce Paypal Payment plugin and tested with the Quick Checkout Template of ShopEngine and the Default Template of WooCommerce, both. The purchase gets completed without any issues. Kindly check this video to understand how it is working on my end.

Since you’re having issues with it, maybe it is not configured properly yet on your site. Kindly follow their official documentation and configure the steps accordingly. Rest assured that if everything is configured correctly, you should not face any issues with the Payment Button of PayPal.

    2) The Template will not work if you have overwritten the default Cart page of WooCommerce. Please follow the steps mentioned below and check if that works.

    • Delete the existing Cart page from the Pages section of your WordPress Dashboard
    • Generate the missing Pages by navigating to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status. Click on Tools tab from the top area, Scroll down to “Create default WooCommerce pages” and click on the Create Pages button.
    • I hope the template will start to work after generating the Cart Page.

Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to assist you.

      Best Regards,
      Prosenjit
