Subscription Option

Hi.

1. I’ve installed the Ultimate Social Media subscription for new posts on my sidebar, but when I tried it out with my own email address, it just opened a repeat of the same page. http://www.riseandsoar.com

2. Does this notify subscribers of the new post? Or does it send them the post? In which case will that show in the stats?
