Subscription Plugin Shipping Compatibility

    Hi BeRocket Team.

    I have been using your plugin and it’s been great but I’ve found an issue/glitch when using it with a subscription plugin.

    The product is added with the subscription but it only shows the shipping for the “forced” product and not the subscription shipping price.

    I have tested it in various scenarios and I can only think that because the subscription is not a “standard” product when you create a subs product, you make a selection in the ‘product type’ dropdown bar on the product page which may not have been accounted for.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Please explain better what exactly issue do you have.
    Is it add forced products to cart whith subscription?

    Hi Oleg,

    Product X is a subscription which has free UK shipping but £20 international shipping per month.
    Product Y is a “free” gift that is included with the subscription and no shipping cost whatever country the subscriber lives in and is added to cart using your plugin.

    Because product X and product Y have different shipping costs, the plugin does not show the shipping cost with a charge e.g. £20 at checkout. It shows no cost at all.

    I have tested various scenarios and the issue is Force Sell and the Subscription plugin. I belive it is because the subscription (product x) is not a standard product in “Product Data” on the product page. Link – https://ibb.co/Vvmxxd8

    If you require more information can you please be specific about what you are looking.

    The plugin is great and I’m hoping there is an easy fix.

    Hello,

    Plugin do not modify how prolducts in cart work with shipping or prices. It is just add product to cart and it must work same as it is added from shop page without our plugin.
