Subscription redirect issue

Hi there,

I have a strange issue with the subscription/unsubscribe page on mail poet.
– I have a multisite with 30 sites under (blogs)
– all of them uses mail post to send a newsletter
– my issue is: I create a custom page for the subscription page, but the preview is getting a 404 page when I try to reach it https://prnt.sc/26ctqwg
– the subscription page has a query string that is not redirected to the page created
– this issue applies for unsubscribe page as well
Please give me your thoughts!

Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please confirm you’ve done the following things?

– Selected both the Unsubscribe and Success page in MailPoet > Settings > Unsubscribe page. Can you please send us a screenshot using https://snipboard.io/?
– Added the [mailpoet_page] to both pages.
– Previewed the pages via MailPoet > Settings > Unsubscribe page, not via the actual pages.

1. I do not want the default page created by Mail Poet ([mailpoet_page])
2. I have created my own custom pages for subscribe/unsubscribe as are shown in the images above
3. I added the shortcode in page but it looks like this https://snipboard.io/wBvzWC.jpg

The subscription/unsubscribe page is still not redirecting to the custom pages created!

Any ideas?

Hi @madaintech,

From the screenshots you shared with us, I suspect you’re referring to MailPoet 2 instead of MailPoet 3.

Can you please confirm which version of our plugin you’re using?

Indeed is Mailpoet 2, maybe is related with the version the problem with redirect?

Please note this is the support forum for MailPoet 3 only.

Unfortunately, we are no longer working on the old plugin’s development, but you can ask other MailPoet 2 users for help on MailPoet 2’s forums.
