Subscription Renewal Configuration

Each month when a subscription renews it removes the listing in job manager until we approve. When we approve it then sends an email to the user to say that their profile is now approved. What I would like is the listing to automatically approve with the subscription renewal, and not have an email sent to the user to tell them that their listing is approved.
