Hi @mushlih,
We don’t follow you well. Please try to explain using some screenshots.
Hi
What I mean is, if a user registers on my site, he comments on an article, then he clicks on the “My content and settings”, and he sees 3 tabs, one of which is the “Subscriptions” tab, then he opens the “Subscriptions” tab, however, why when he opens that tab does he see everyone’s subscriptions? Isn’t it just her subscriptions shown?
I just want to show his subscriptions on the “Subscriptions” tab, not other people’s subscriptions either
Hopefully, it’s clear enough
How do you solve it?
Thank you very much
@mushlih
In the subscription tab, the users see only their own subscriptions. Other members’ subscriptions are not visible on that tab.
That’s what it should be
But the reality is not
I have tried to register to be someone else on my site, and I subscribe to comment on one of my posts, then I go to the “subscriptions” tab, then I can see my current subscriptions but the data is not accurate, it shows my subscriptions but with a different username and different date (not the date I subscribed)
Please check, is it only my site that happens like that or is there also like me?
Thank you very much
Hi @mushlih,
Please note the name displayed in this tab is the post creator name and the date when a post is created, but not your name and the date you subscribed to this comment.
Hi
Earlier you said “In the subscription tab, the users see only their own subscriptions. Other members’ subscriptions are not visible on that tab.”, You didn’t say it would show the post creator name and the date when a post is created, why now you change it?
Thank you
Hi @mushlih,
In the subscription tab, the users see only their own subscriptions. Other members’ subscriptions are not visible on that tab.
Please note in this post, we say that in the subscription tab users see only their subscription, not other users.
Please note the name displayed in this tab is the post creator name and the date when a post is created, but not your name and the date you subscribed to this comment.
In the second post, we say, that the data displayed in this tab, not your name and date you subscribe to this comment, but the post creator name and the date when a post was created. So as you can see nothing changed.
Ok, thank you and apologize for the misunderstanding
Thank you very much
