Subscription Shortcode not working as documented

    I’m trying to add a subscription plan to my site for 37 dollars a month, I have the shortcode linked with the correct ID in my stripe account:
    [stripe name=”Stackbot 1x Monthly” description=”Stackbot Sales Assistant App Access”]
    [stripe_subscription id=”stackbot37mo”]
    [/stripe]

    However the only result it yields is Stripe checkout requires an amount of 50 (0.50 USD) or larger.

    I have a pro license – support has expired but the shortcode is correct. Support won’t answer me even though I’m a paying customer so hoping someone here has a solution.
