Subscription shortcodes

I have installed this plugin on another wordpress and campaigns are working. However newsletter signup shortcodes are displaying text with codes. Check https://clickinwebstudio.in/newsletter-signup/

Is there a way that mails are delivered in inbox than the spam box?
How can i fix this?
