I’m having the exact same problem. Updated to 4.3 today. And my post after the update has not sent to my subscribers. Please help.
Could you both contact us via this form, and let us know your site URL, as well as a few examples of the email addresses that did not receive an email about your latest post?
Thanks!
Done; it’s retractionwatch.com and the quick answer is that none of the more than 12,000 subscribers received emails.

Thanks!
Could you start by updating to Jetpack 4.3.1, as it could solve your issue?
I would also suggest deactivating the WP Missed Schedule plugin you use on your site, to make sure it doesn’t cause issues with WordPress’ default scheduling mechanism, used by WordPress to schedule your posts, and also used by plugins like Jetpack to schedule events like synchronization of your posts with WordPress.com.
Let me know how it goes!
Tried that; just published another post, and same problem. Other suggestions?

This morning, before publishing today’s post, I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack (which, it turns out, I could only do on my Android; the Chrome browser on my laptop didn’t have an “authorize” button on the screen). Email went out about 20 minutes late, but did go out, and Publicize seems to have worked.
