what subscription plugin do you use ?
we support only https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/
Yes we are using WooCommerce Subscriptions version 4.5.
We support extra fields for these products.

Is there anything special we need to do to access that screen? I don’t see that as an option.
Nothing, just add subscription product to the cart
On the order entry screen – in the admin – I don’t get any options to add the subscription version. All of our products are available as either a one-off purchase or as a subscription. I can add the one-off cost version, but no way to access the subscription versions.
