    Hello,

    I already registered in April to test Mailpoet. Basically the setup worked without any problems. On the page “My Subscriptions” I copied the key and pasted it into WordPress. Since then, the “My Subscriptions” page contains the note:

    “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. A confirmation will be sent by email to you.

    and in WordPress:

    “Note: Your account is waiting for confirmation from MailPoet. Rest assured, this will only take a few hours. Until then you can still send email previews to yourself. All automatic emails, like welcome emails, will be paused.”

    After entering the key I received an email with the subject “Sending with MailPoet works”. But nothing more…
    What went wrong and how can I solve the problem?

    By the way:
    I accidentally created a second “subscribers plan”. How can I delete it?

    I would be very grateful for support!

    Thanks for writing. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or you did not get our reply.

    Kindly check what reply was sent by our Approvals Team regarding your application. You may reply to them directly to process your request. You can also send us your site domain, so we can check.

    Thank you very much for your answer.
    While looking through the mails I noticed a message regarding contact imports with the following note:
    “Please contact us so we can review your pending subscription and proceed”. Should I have replied to this message?
    I created a new account in the hope that it works now.
    The domain is “gaestehaus-sonnweber.at”. Maybe you can delete the old account.
