Subscriptions Not Working for Some Users

    Some folks are able to subscribe to blog post notifications with no issue, others never receive a confirmation email.

    When sent a link to check their subscriptions through subscribe.wordpress.com, the email shows no active subscriptions.

    I’m stumped, I went through and deactivated plugins to try to source the issue, still no rhyme or reason to who is left out. It is especially bad for users trying to subscribe on mobile.

    Could you send us an email via this contact form and mention this thread, as well as a few examples of the email addresses that didn’t receive a confirmation email. We’ll be happy to take a look at our email logs to find out what happened to them.
