    Hello, I have a small problem using woo subscriptions. I have two paid subscriptions with PayPal. payment is occurring normally, as I can check in the PayPal system, but in the WordPress dashboard it appears that these subscriptions are overdue, although they have been paid (they have not been deactivated or anything like that, it just gives this message. It is as if the systems were not communicating and so the information that was charged does not come from Paypal to Woocommerce. Other than that, everything works perfectly as I don’t have any other subscription yet, I can’t say whether it’s just with Paypal or with any payment method. I wanted to know what to do, so I don’t get out of control and end up canceling subscriptions for no reason. Thank you.

    I understand that you’re having an issue with the Woo Subscriptions extension. Is this correct?

    Since this is related to a premium extension, please contact us directly here. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here, but we will be happy to assist you further from there 🙂
