• Hi, I have a directory theme installed on a subsite. When I map a domain to the subsite, I notice that some of the features of the theme don’t work anymore…things like ‘Add a New Listing’ and updating an existing listing don’t work.

I’ve tried different plugin settings and no matter which configuration I select, I can’t get the theme to function properly.

When I delete the mapped domain, the theme functions normally.

It seems everything works fine as the /subsite url, but not as mapped domain.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks

    Hi Ron,

It is the responsive business directory theme from Premiumpress.com.

    Appreciate the help.

For commercial themes & plugins you need to contact the vendor’s support.

I see. The theme works fine when not being mapped, but when using your domain mapping plugin and mapping a domain to it, certain functions of the theme stop working, so I thought it might be an issue with your plugin conflicting with the theme somehow.

FYI, all plugins are deactivated and I’m also running the theme and plugin on a test network and it’s still doing the same thing.

Thanks for the tip, but I don’t know if a theme vendor would even care about a plugin causing their theme to malfunction. They would say, “Don’t use the plugin”
