    Hi David,

Thank you for reaching out to us and using our player!

Where do you host your videos, please?

The FV Player Pro license is needed for a full-featured embedding of the YouTube and Vimeo videos. That lets you use all the player features with it: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/player-pro-features.

For future please use our own support forum to help us keep track of the issues and bug reports: http://foliovision.com/support/.

Making the web work for you,

    Hello David,

please check the URL where you have embedded the video. Does it start with https:// ?

Next please check your subtitles path in FV Player – does it also start with https:// ? That part and the domain must match the URL where you are embedding the video, otherwise you would have to enable CORS headers on your servers for the subtitles. But it shouldn’t be necessary as you should be able to get that match.

    Thanks,
    Martin
