I am having the same problem. I have had the same problem every time I have used the plugin but somehow I had gotten it to work in the past after repeated attempts but this time, absolutely nothing I do works.
@ Juanporro, I just had an epiphany on what I have done to make it work in previous uploads. When I am exporting the .csv in excel, rather than just a standard comma separated values (.csv) type, I have to scroll down the options and select “Windows Comma Separated (.csv). Not sure if that will help, I am on a mac running OS 10.7.5 and Microsoft Excel 2011 for mac.
I just did that and was successful at uploading my list.
@manishkrag – It might be helpful to include the specification of the Windows Comma Separate (.csv) format. As I mentioned, I am not sure if it is because I am on a mac but I suspect that might be the case. Thanks for the great tool by the way 🙂

@manishkrag – the sample file was very helpful but on a Mac there are 3 options for .csv types, adding a note to the instructions letting Mac users know to use the windows one. The other two .csv types will not worked, I tried… 🙂
