successfull payment not noticed

We are using up to date
wordpress 4.5
GiroCheckout 4.1.9
WooCommerce 8.7.0
and have configured “giropay/paydirekt” as payment method in WooCommerce.
Orders using “giropay/paydirekt” are accepted and the payment is received at the customer but WooCommerce is not getting a confirmation.
Other shops of us also using “giropay/paydirekt” with same configuration receive confirmations.
There are no (error) log entries in /wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/, webserver log or php log.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
