    I used this to migrate from one site to another.

    Helpful info: Migration works great with a fresh install of wordpress. If it is not a fresh install then remove wordpress via your hosting provider then login using an FTP client and remove any remaining wordpress files. Once this is done reinstall wordpress, install the backup guard plugin and restore. If you do not, the migration will NOT work.
