    So after a week, the problems only get worse.
    I’ve bought:

    1. Feeds To Post
    2. Keywords
    3. Thumbnails & Excerpts
    4. WordAI

    It’s gone from the WordsAI site charging words against my $50 / month account, that error and time out in Feeds to Post. Sometimes a title gets spun, most times not, sometimes the post gets spun, most times not.

    Latest update (today) now not only doesn’t operate as advertised, it posts titles with empty posts. I’ve had to disable all these plug-ins.

    I’ve had it.

    Yes, I used the “PREMIUM” support, holy shit, I’d hate to see “REGULAR” support!!
    I’ve supplied log-in info.
    My site has been hammered by this set of “premium add-on’s”.

    So $140 to these guys and $50 to WordAI, I’m down $200 with “support” I hear from at MOST once a week and who have not helped at all.

  • Have the same problem since yesterday (only titles & photos, no content in posts). Already lost a considerable amount of income because of that bug since I lost traffic and I will lose an advertising website in 3 hours if the plugin wont get fixed.

    The premium support takes too long to respond and it is not so premium. Hope to have a fix soon. It is very strange the fact that a major update contains such a significant bug that in fact completely destroys the functionality of feed-to-post. Starting to look for alternatives. Found some. If you’re interested I’ll let you know.

    In reply to the first message above, we apologise for the wait on this issue. We have since replied to your support ticket, and I assure you that a wait of over a day to get a reply is very uncommon, and I try to make sure of this myself. If it does take us longer to get back to you it usually means that we’d be working on the issue. Having said that, please note that this support forum is for those using the free version only.

    In reply to the second message, this was a bug with our premium Feed to Post add-on that affected only a few people, and has since been fixed and a new update released. We also replied to all support tickets regarding this issue within a few hours. Once again this is regarding a premium add-on, and this forum is for those using the free version only.

    For this reason I’ll be marking this ticket as resolved, however your issues will continue to be handled through our premium support.

    Indeed it is fixed.

    I am aware of this forum being just for the free version but as a user I would like to be open about the problems that I face with your plugin – and not private – since I can find others that have the same issues (see above) and not being uncertain of what is going by communicating through private asynchronous channels.

    Also that way the non-paying users and potential buyers of the premium features can see the issues that the premium features have and how you handle your paying customers. Thus they can make up their mind about buying or not this service.

    If, in the future, you plan to create a premium forum I will be the first to support it.

    100% agree.
    Since I have the free plugin as well I wasnt sure if the problem was with the free plugin (wordpress forum) or its features (premium support). Now I know. Thank you

    IF it had taken 1 day to get a response I wouldn’t have posted here. Factually, I have still one “premium” support “ticket”, loaded with details, still not replied to that was dated Feb 26th. Another sent 2 days later, which got a response asking for admin login, 2 days later, then nothing since.

    WHEN A CUSTOMER’S SITE IS DOWN and COMPLETELY BROKEN we need better communication, otherwise we have to come looking for help where we know we’ll get it, in: public view. We aren’t talking about a little bothersome bug here, it’s a complete FAIL, that is costing some of us money by the day.

    That being said, with this latest update, I appear to be at least back to getting more than titles in posts, the WordAI is still broken and has logged 200K words with no results on my site.

    I will aid you in hiding the problems and wait for a reply via the “Premium” support channel (email, lol).
