Sudden error

Suddenly this error appears in the Frontend of the wp profile
Failed to load plugin: lists from url https://www.mysite.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/lists/plugin.min.js
deleted the plugin.min.js file
the editor continues to work and the error disappears
I have no idea what it could depend on!

I restarted the frontend and it gave me the error again even without files
- I put the plugin.min.js file back via ftp
- I restarted the frontend
- Everything OK
Maybe the server had lost the path to the file? I don’t know, I’m surprised
