Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.

the e- mail that I tested is @outlook. The Hostgator staff said that everything is okay.
What do you think it can be?
You can’t send Outlook.com mail from Hostgator because they block the ports.
You have to create an email account at Hostgator and then use their SMTP server to send the mail. Don’t forget to create an SPF record for your custom domain name.
