Suddenly does not work

    The connection between Printify and WooCommerce worked well for my site … until today. Earlier today, I upgraded to the newest version of WooCommerce (3.5.6) and now anything I try to publish from Printify fails. Part of the product will publish … but not the right prices nor product images.

    Printify support says it is an issue with the max_execution_time on my site. I changed that based on their recommendations (even though everything worked just fine prior to today) and the issue remains.

    Interestingly, the Facebook plugin for WooCommerce also started having issues today – but only for Printify products in my WooCommerce store. Any other product works fine with the Facebook plugin.

    I will try to be patient and see if Printify stops pointing the finger elsewhere and realizes something is now broken with their WooCommerce integration.

    Can you tell me how this was resolved? I’m having the same issue. They keey pointing the finger back to my hosting provider.

    For me, when I contacted my web host and had them change the max_execution_time that fixed the issue.

    The pricing issue was fixed by looking at the detail for each production variation (in Printify, not WooCommerce). Somehow, a few of the variations were set to a different price. Once those were corrected, everything published correctly into WooCommerce.

    Thanks for the info. I set my max execution time to 300 seconds and it’s still not working unfortunately.

    If it helps, I had to actually have tech support at my web host set the max_execution_time to 300 seconds. I had tried to set it, also, but it did not really “take” until the web host did it. I hope that helps. I know this issue can be frustrating.
