As an initial troubleshooting step, kindly clear your browser cache then refresh the page, or refresh it in an incognito tab and confirm to me if you are able to view it now or not.

Thank you. After getting responses from the theme developer it appeared that the issue was with the WP Optimize plugin, which was causing issues with both the gallery and my sliders. I deactivated the plugin and now both the gallery and the sliders appear.
