    Hi Viruthagiri,

    The plugin has stopped sending gift for no reason? I disabled and deleted many plugs for site error testing. I now I now just installed the bp_compliments back! it suddenly stopped working?

    However, everything are still here, the pop-up window with all the gifts created, all the css, jQuery.post(‘<?php echo admin_url(‘admin-ajax.php’, https’); ?>’, data, function (response) {

    I now getting this error, am I missing db tables? Please help,

    There was a problem when trying to send gift to username, please contact administrator.

    Hello DamnDramaQueen, it does look like your tables are missing. Can you tell me what did you do?

    Tables won’t delete by itself.

    Hi Viruthagiri,

    Oh my! I was cleaning up those unwanted db tables to keep the database smaller. This because I deleted many old plugins even months ago, I realized those tables remain in the database! I must deleted the wrong tables after all!

    Just for my understanding, would the missing tables should put back into the database automatically when reinstalled the bp_compliments plugin?

    Btw, how many tables and the table names for the bp_compliments?
    Is there just a bp_compliments tables I get download somewhere and import back to the database for recovery this way?

    I did kept the old database saved on my local drive. Can I just upload it back to retain the bp_compliments tables this way?

    Please advise what’s the best and easy way to bring it back? thanks,

    Hi Viruthagiri,

    Ok, I checked everywhere, bad news after all… I think when I deleted the old database into the recycling bin, I totally empty the bin.. Now I have NO back-up 🙁

    Hi Viruthagiri,

    Oh my, yes is late where you at!

    Oh, instead not upload the old database back because too many junks, etc.
    I created a db_table seems working fine for now on the site and even getting email confirm. I hope wouldn’t give me no errors in the future!

    The Table name: wp_wqed_bp_compliments

    However for these two below, I have to keyed in myself, there’s no drop downs, I hope is fine?

    For the id: Extra column: I typed in AUTO_INCREMENT
    For the created_at: default column, I typed in 0000-00-00 00:00:00

    But can you possible to see the table structure is suitable over all by you? If something wrong, please help me! 🙂

    Recovering your tables is not an issue. But its not possible to recover the compliments data unless you have backup.

    You should start to take backups if you are serious about running your website.

    Let me know what you need, i’ll help you.

    You can delete the compliments plugin and then activate it once again. It will recreate missing tables. You don’t have to create them manually

    Hi Viruthagiri,

    I do backup the site and db just about every few days. The old db has so many junks inside not just those unwanted tables (good 259 tables totals), not includes other major misc stuffs. If I load the old db back, it will take big time again to edit like http to https, old domain, etc just to clean it up once more and might delete even just a period, comma, etc by mistake? The db now is very clean, no misc after its been edit. That’s why I created the compliments table and if mess up, all I do is to drop it, so is much easier and safer and i feel more comfortable this way!

    Yes, I did reinstalled the compliments plugin, it didn’t recreate the tables? I even did it different versions, no luck! that’s why I post the error messages and sent in for help!

    Everything works well what I can see! I already backup the site/dbase, I will try once more to delete and reinstall by your recommendation.

    Hi Viruthagiri,

    You always been a big time help from day 1 :). Ya, from 259 tables down to 104 tables is a big different. The compliments works very smooth after putting back the table…
