There’s possibility of a conflict preventing the metabox code from running.

@dtyohermawan Does this issue happens on Block Editor as well?

@dtyohermawan Could you please isolate this issue by trying deactivate all plugins except PublishPress Checklists to see if there is any plugin conflicting?

@dtyohermawan We will not be able to fix an issue where we could not see it.

I tested and PublishPress Checklists still working fine even with Classic Editor and RankMath plugin activated.

Can you give us more information please?

@dtyohermawan I saw many plugins activated on that video.

Can you please do another recording with only PublishPress Checklists activated?

PublishPress Checklists is using some ways to determine when block editor is been used or classic editor which this function is part of it
wp.data.select('core/editor')

That code should return undefined when the editor been used is not Gutenberg editor but when the FIFU plugin is active, it’s returning block editor data trickling PublishPress Checklists into believe the editor been used is Block editor and not classic.
