    No way… you can install WordPress 3.3.2 locally for testing.

    Compatibility is assured up to WP version 3.1, but very soon version 3.1 support will be dropped. The requirement from the Theme Review Team is that up to the last 2 major versions may be supported, which means that Suffusion is not required to support up to versions older than 3.2.
