Suggestion: Allow zero fields for attachment (change to post screen code)

I use the plugin to add files and images to post and pages without having to add them to the actual post. For the most part I am content with only using the default fields of the media (title, caption, description) and don’t need the custom fields. So I have disabled the custom fields by passing and empty array for the ‘fields’ option.

Now this works, but the layout of the post screen Attachment has the icon of the attachment waaay out to the right and the custom fields area is empty. Maybee you can use a float: right for media-sidebar to move it the left for this particular case.
