I have a pages using shortcodes for galleries, videos, etc. and I spent some time trying to figure out how to prevent them from getting stripped on the duplicate pages.

I then had to dig into the plugin’s code to find there’s a “shortcodes” attribute that can be set to true/false (false being default; stripping all shortcodes).

I think this should be listed on the plugin’s main description page just like “show_image” is (among others) since this is a useful setting. The option was added for a reason, but now the documentation should be updated so people know about it.

Hopefully this is a quick update. I’m sure others will find it useful.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. The parameter is available within the widget controls, but I forgot to document its use within the shortcode. I’ve added it to the readme, and will commit that change soon. Thanks again.
