Suggestion: Make block pattern category editable

I really like the ability to convert a reusable block to a block pattern. However, these block patterns always appear under the «Converted from reusable blocks» category. While this is technically correct, it is not a helpful category name for the average content manager.

Suggestion: Could you please make the name of this category editable in the settings?

Or even better: Could you add a block pattern category manager and let us choose the category for each block pattern?
