    Hey, handy plugin, saved me creating my own to solve this very issue (removing access to the backend for all users and having access to reset passwords).

    Couple of things I think would help improve it just a little.

    The ability to remove the ‘Form Title’ and the ‘Form Text’ completely.
    Ability to change the label text from “Email Address or Username” to something else – I don’t show the username anywhere to the user and prefer them to just use email.

    And maybe make it into a Block element, with styling? 🙂 This would make it awesome… but probably a little unnecessary.
