Suggestions – "name" setting, notification options

I am considering using this wonderful and simple plugin to create a glossary on our intranet. A couple of things would be great features for us
1.) Allow us to change the word “name” to something else like “word” or “term” as we are not using it for a list of names
2.) Allow us to choose to enable or disable having it send an email whenever a vistor submits a new term. And if enabled, then allow us to enter the email address it should send notices to.
