Suggestions on suitable event plugin

Would be very glad if someone could suggest a flexible plugin that have the following features:

The main purpose is to create food / socialize events.

One organizer can create an event and set the needed food parts that he/she want to be included in the event and guests can register on these events and mark up what food parts they will bring.

Other logged in members can see the event and what guest nr X have said he/she will bring. Perhaps a list with checkboxes that gets grayed out when one guest check that they will bring i.e. potatoes.

They should be able to talk to each other preferrable via live chat within this specific event prior / after the specific event date

They should be able to star-rate the event afterwards.

The event should be able to be locked i.e. 3 hours before the event so that those who have signed up cannot un-sign after this time prior to event.

Google maps that show event locations should be supported.

I guess I need a fairly powerful plugin, any ideas?
