Suggestions to reduce plugin weight

Thanks for your great plugin.

I posted some Pull Request on Github about reducing the weight of the plugin (sorry I didn’t look at contributing rules).

There isn’t that much to gain, about 50kB by :
– optimizing images, especially PNG (with tools like ImageAlpha or pngquant), also GIF
– removing old font format EOT, SVG, TTF are not needed anymore based on WordPress browser support
