Super Admin rights needed for Multisite?

    Can you please explain the reasoning for requiring Super Admin rights on the network to display posts on Multisite? I had to comment out line 13 in miniloops-multisite.php for my non-admin users to be able to see the posts. Just want to see the potential impact of my actions… Love the plugin, it allows us to only need to publish in one global site and feed our local sites.
