• Hello,

We love the Ultimate Member plugin, it’s very helpful and hope to get some extensions shortly.

We have one issue, we need an Administrator to approve an account. That all works fine, we found the options.

We have however found that if we are logged in as a WordPress Administrator, and click the new account to approve email, it takes us to the proposed new member’s profile page, and when we click the cog icon, and choose Approve member from the drop down menu, we get an error saying “Super Administrators cannot be Modified”.

The user account creation form in WordPress is set to default the new user role to one called Corporate Member, which is the same as a subscriber in WordPress apart from they have the ability to create user accounts.

However if we go to the Users page within WP Admin, and tick the box next to the pending user, and choose ‘Approve user’ from the drop down, this approves the new user without issues.

    Thanks!
