Super cache error messages?

Activated WP Super Cache a couple of days ago. Can’t tell if it’s helping especially with all of these messages below. Can anyone tell what is causing these and how to make them go away.

“Warning! WP Super Cache caching was broken but has been fixed! The script advanced-cache.php could not load wp-cache-phase1.php.

The file \\nawinfs02\home\users\web\b945\xx.xxxx\blog/wp-content/advanced-cache.php has been recreated and WPCACHEHOME fixed in your wp-config.php. Reload to hide this message.”

Also this:
