super-cache in database after deactivation

    I’ve followed the directions for deactivating and uninstalling wp-super-cache in SITE/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/readme.txt.

    However, looking through my database (phpMyAdmin) I see several pieces of it left behind.

    Any suggestions for how to take care of this? I’m on WPMU 3.5.1 and wp-super-cache 1.3.1
