• I don’t need support that often, but if I do it’s so nice that within minutes one can chat with a supporter and have the problem solved. For instance, our website has been migrated to another hosting provider since the old one stopped, and the migration messed up a lot. I managed to fix many things, but not all, so I finally decided to ask WPML support to help me out, and Noman solved my problem within minutes.

    Later, when I run into another problem (that was completely my own fault) that I couldn’t find I decided to ask WPML support again. I was helped by Itamar who was very response and to the point and found the problem in an outdated theme I hadn’t updated recently.
    Again, I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed by WPML support, I just wished other software would have support departments like that as well.
