On which image you are getting duplicate alt tag let me know. I did inspect but all the images showing same alt tag.

Image 1,2 and 3 have the alt tag and title tag

Is this not the desired result.

Image 1
title=”Image1 свадьба”
alt=”Image1 seo-optimized-images”
Image 2 and 3 both having same title and alt tags as image one.
Tell me the values you passed in the fields inside option panel.
