Superb support!

Super impressed with Depicter’s ease of use, have used Master Slider which is very comprehensive but huge learning curve. Depicter is very intuitive and the worked examples provide fantastic starting points and show you how things work by example. So far not found anything I wanted to achieve impossible to do. Amazing amount of functionality in the free version so I am wondering how the commercial version option will extend the power of this plugin.

I was was just working up an example slide and did not immediately see how to add an image or video as a background since there were no buttons or settings for that. A quick live chat with support and within 2 minutes I had my answer and not only that a bug I reported is now being looked at. This is great service for a free product!
